Torch Players present
KEVIN’S BED by Bernard Farrell and Directed by Maurice O’Sullivan. Torch Players bring yet another hilarious Bernard Farrell comedy to the Belltable. Kevin’s Bed is a play of nostalgia, expectations and broken dreams set on the golden wedding anniversary of Dan and Doris, a time for them to remember the joy of their silver anniversary and the expectations they had for their sons, John and Kevin. But again, Farrell examines a slice of humanity with compassion, insight and a keen sense of humour. “Farrell’s most sophisticated comedy” - Sunday Tribune
“ Another hilarious piece with the hardest core yet” - Sunday Independent
