Notice of intention to prepare revised Polling Scheme for Limerick City.

In accordance with the 1992 Electoral Act, and Electoral (Polling Scheme) Regulations 2005;   Notice is hereby given of the preparation of a Draft Polling Scheme for Limerick City.  Copies of the Draft Scheme are available for public inspection at Corporate Services Department, City Hall, Merchants Quay, Limerick, from Monday 10th November until Friday 12th December, 2008.  The Scheme is also available on www.limerick.ie

Limerick City Council will consider representations to the Draft Scheme made on or before 5 p.m. on Friday 12th December, 2008.
