Notice of the making of Vesting Order - Serial No. 69

Take Notice that Limerick City Council having offices at City Hall, Merchants Quay, Limerick, referred to as “the Local Authority” have on the 4th June 2008 in pursuance of the powers conferred upon them by section 81 of the Housing Act, 1966 made a Vesting Order vesting in themselves as the Local Authority for the City of Limerick on the 27th June, 2008 the land described in the Schedule hereto for an estate in fee simple therein free from encumbrances and all estates, rights, titles and interests of whatever kind (other than any public right of way).

And Further Take Notice that a copy of the said Vesting Order and of the Map or Plan referred to therein may be seen at all reasonable times during office hours from Monday to Friday inclusive at the Economic Development Section, City Hall, Limerick. The effect of the said Vesting Order is to vest in and transfer to the Local Authority the entire ownership of the land described in the Schedule hereto and the owner or owners thereof are entitled to compensation in lieu of the said land the amount of such compensation to be fixed by agreement or, in default of agreement, by arbitration.
