Limerick City Noise Action Plan
Limerick City Council has made a draft Noise Action Plan under Article 11 of the Environmental Noise Regulations 2006, S.I. number 140 of 2006. The draft Noise Action Plan has been made for places near major roads in the Council's administrative area, which which have more than 6 million vehicles passages per year.
The draft Noise Action Plan may be inspected at the offices of Limerick City Council, City Hall , Merchant’s Quay , Limerick , during normal opening hours, I.e. 9.00a.m. to 1.00p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
A submission or observation in relation to the draft Noise Action Plan may be made in writing to Limerick City Council, or may be made by email to traffic@limerickcity.ie within the period from 5th November 2008 to 17th December 2008.
